Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and a warm welcome for all guests.
- Operate multi-line phone systems and respond to inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and special arrangements with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain the front desk area, lobby, and common areas to ensure a pristine and inviting atmosphere.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial reports and folios.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues promptly.
- Assist in the organization of special events and lobby activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- A valid driver's license is required.
