Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and accurate guest check-ins and check-outs, including verifying identification and processing payments.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and inquiries promptly, maintaining a professional and welcoming tone at all times.
- Monitor security systems and access logs to ensure the safety and security of guests and the property.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests efficiently, escalating complex issues to the management team when necessary.
- Manage key control procedures and assist with light maintenance or housekeeping requests as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, concierge, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
