Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, managing the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area and lobby environment at all times.
  • Process payments accurately and manage financial transactions using the hotel’s property management system (PMS).
  • Assist with coordinating daily housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure room readiness.
  • Stay informed about local events and hotel promotions to provide accurate recommendations to guests.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality training is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on hospitality.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
