Responsibilities
- Manage efficient check-in/check-out processes for up to 200 daily guests
- Handle complex reservation modifications and special requests with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining service excellence
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and valet departments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize Opera property management system for inventory and reporting
- Train junior staff on brand standards and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems and reservation platforms
- Exceptional communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish preferred
- Ability to multitask during peak occupancy periods (85%+ average)
- Valid California Food Handler Card
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco attractions and transportation
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
