Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Process payments, manage reservations, and optimize room occupancy through upselling
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area with proper documentation of daily transactions
- Monitor security procedures and emergency protocols for guest safety
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Train on property amenities and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hotel or retail setting
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
