Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest inquiries
- Manage reservation systems and ensure accurate guest information
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally (e.g., wake-up calls, special arrangements)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train all team members!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts: evenings, weekends, holidays
