Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes across rotating shifts
- Handle reservation modifications and ensure accurate room status updates
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional professionalism
- Process payments and manage billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Utilize property management systems to maintain accurate records

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills

- Basic knowledge of Chicago attractions and transportation
