Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly, managing inquiries with a professional demeanor.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit cards, and maintain accurate daily logs.
- Assist with mail, package handling, and coordination of room service requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues immediately to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
