Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping/bell services
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Perform daily audits of cash/credit card transactions and POS system operations
- Uphroom room status and availability in property management systems
- Assist with VIP guest requests and special event coordination
- Train new staff on front desk protocols and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth attractions and local area
