Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes with efficiency and accuracy.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally, transferring inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution, package handling, and key card access management.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or issues in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions using POS systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, POS systems).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and varying shift work.
- Presentation must be professional and neat.
