Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, processing payments, and resolving guest concerns promptly.
- Answer incoming calls and emails with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Utilize property management software (PMS) to update guest information and track room status.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computer systems, specifically Microsoft Office and PMS software.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
