Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to all guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries with a professional and friendly tone.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, transactions, and room status.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Process payments and verify financial transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in computer systems (Windows, Microsoft Office) and hotel PMS.
- Must be available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
