Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and registration processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor building security systems and access control, ensuring the safety of guests and staff.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and reconcile daily financial reports.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Process and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work varying shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required.
