Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a premium first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails with a professional and courteous tone.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation, and concierge services.
- Process wake-up calls and other special requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- A professional appearance and a commitment to hygiene standards.
