Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in/out efficiently, and answer any inquiries regarding our amenities and local attractions.
- Shift Operations: Manage front desk operations during assigned shifts, including answering phones, managing reservations, and handling check-ins with accuracy.
- Customer Service: Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Security Checks: Verify the identity of guests and perform security checks on incoming/outgoing luggage or packages as necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest registrations, wake-up calls, and room service orders.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training for candidates with no prior hospitality background.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
