Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas using industry-standard protocols
- Stock amenities and replenish supplies to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering teams for prompt resolution
- Adhere to safety procedures and maintain OSHA compliance during all cleaning activities
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight staff to maintain seamless service operations
- Complete detailed inspection checklists to meet brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Valid AZ driver's license and reliable transportation (parking provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic English proficiency for communication with guests and staff
- Pass background check and drug screening
