Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our hotel management software.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing lobby and public areas.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and daily needs.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently pursuing one).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required for this entry-level role.
