Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm smile, check them in efficiently, and address any inquiries or special requests immediately.
- Shift Operations: Manage front desk operations during your shift, ensuring all security protocols and safety procedures are strictly followed at all times.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming phone calls professionally, manage correspondence, and relay messages to department heads and staff promptly.
- Administrative Support: Handle cash transactions accurately, prepare daily reports, and maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints or issues calmly and effectively to ensure a memorable and positive experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new Property Management Software (PMS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A high standard of grooming, reliability, and attention to detail.
