Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer incoming phone calls, manage reservations, and provide accurate information about local attractions.
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure a welcoming and organized atmosphere.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain the lobby and common areas.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform data entry and maintain guest records with the highest level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior hospitality experience necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to learn new skills.
