- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements when necessary.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Process daily financial transactions and reconcile reports accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or reception experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
