Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using Opera PMS
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate billing records
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless service
- Upsell resort amenities, dining options, and special events
- Maintain clean and organized front desk environment
- Execute emergency procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera PMS preferred)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Nevada gaming license or ability to obtain immediately
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
