Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our state-of-the-art property management system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and complaints with grace.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and resolve billing discrepancies accurately.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
