Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and problem-solving
- Assist with valet parking and luggage services as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
