Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize property management software (Opera/PMS) effectively
- Uphold brand standards in all guest interactions
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with PMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon/evening/overnight shifts
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Multi-lingual abilities (Spanish preferred)
- Positive attitude under pressure during peak seasons
