Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera/PMS systems
- Handle high-volume phone inquiries and reservation requests with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Assist with VIP arrivals and special event accommodations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years front desk experience in luxury hospitality
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
