Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Utilize Opera property management system for accurate record-keeping
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports with meticulous attention
- Act as primary liaison for guest concerns and escalate issues appropriately
- Contribute to positive team environment through clear communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if applicable to transportation duties)
