Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations with precision and warmth during overnight hours
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins/check-outs, and VIP requests
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Document incidents and maintain detailed shift reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Illinois hospitality/serving alcohol certification
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
