Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, managing the front desk area to ensure a pristine and organized environment.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service, utilizing a multi-line phone system and CRM software.
- Manage the reception area, including mail distribution, package handling, and coordination of deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar, ensuring staff and clients are informed of changes promptly.
- Assist administrative staff with special projects, data entry, and filing as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding company and client information at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
