Responsibilities
- Reception Management: Greet all visitors and clients warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay.
- Phone Operations: Answer a multi-line phone system professionally, screen calls, and take accurate messages.
- Mail & Packages: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Security & Access: Monitor security cameras, verify visitor credentials, and manage access control systems.
- Administrative Support: Assist with front desk administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining lobby cleanliness.
- Shift Coordination: Adhere to the assigned shift schedule, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Attitude: A friendly, positive attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and safety.
