Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Manages the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our property management system.
- Answers incoming calls and emails promptly, answering inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintains the lobby and reception area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Assists guests with special requests, including restaurant reservations, transportation, and local directions.
- Handles guest complaints or issues with grace and professionalism, escalating complex matters to management.
- Processes payments and balances accounts accurately at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
