Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently manage guest registrations, check-outs, and payment processing using property management systems.
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with a polite and solution-oriented approach.
- Guest Relations: Address guest needs, requests, and complaints promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, complete daily logs, and assist with light clerical duties.
- Security & Safety: Monitor lobby areas and ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
