Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries with a warm, professional tone.
- Process payments and manage reservations accurately to ensure seamless operations.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues effectively to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to increase revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
