Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly with solution-oriented mindset
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, FOSSE)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for airport runs)
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Tampa tourism and attractions
