As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and comfortable from the moment they arrive. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within our luxury properties.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our state-of-the-art Property Management System (PMS).
- Greet all visitors and guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and check deposits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Assist with baggage handling and transportation arrangements as needed.
- Perform nightly audits and prepare daily reports for the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PMS software is a plus.
- Must present a professional appearance and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
