About the Role
As the face of our property, you will ensure every guest has a memorable stay from the moment they arrive until they check out.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Answer phone calls, manage voicemails, and take accurate reservations.
- Monitor the front desk area and lobby to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Assist with baggage handling and provide directions or recommendations to local attractions.
- Process payments and manage cash drawers with strict accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Proficiency with computers and booking software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to serve others.
