Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Managing hotel reservations accurately using the Opera Property Management System.
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assisting with concierge services, including restaurant recommendations and local transportation.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Processing payments and verifying credit card information.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, specifically Opera PMS or similar Property Management Software.
- A professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
