• Operate the hotel switchboard, handle incoming calls, and manage correspondence.
• Process payments accurately and maintain precise daily house reports.
• Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
Who You Are:
• A high school diploma or GED is required; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
