Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently and professionally.
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, processing check-ins with a smile.
- Handle incoming phone inquiries, make reservations, and address guest requests promptly.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate logs.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with standard computer software (POS, MS Office).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
