Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and handling check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, providing accurate information regarding services and local area recommendations.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
