Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, routing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming lobby environment for all visitors.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Front Desk) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude are mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience.
