Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive and memorable first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and handle correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation in the D.C. area.
- Monitor front desk security and safety protocols at all times to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily deposits.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Agent is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
