Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling reservations, managing room keys, and maintaining the lobby area.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash, credit cards, and other financial transactions.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and concierge services to ensure a memorable stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and ensure room quality standards.
- Uphold the company's brand image and values at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software (Microsoft Office).
- A professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
