Responsibilities
- Execute check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management software.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with any special requests or inquiries.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Manage cash drawers and process credit card transactions with high accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
