Responsibilities

- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Perform nightly audits and prepare daily reports
- Market hotel services and amenities to drive guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum education requirement)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation software
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
