Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for weekend guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and room status updates
- Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions accurately
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain organized front desk area and ensure safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service or hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore attractions and transportation
- Valid Maryland driver's license (for occasional errands)
