Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using hotel software
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling records
- Respond to guest inquiries with exceptional service and local knowledge
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle reservation modifications and room assignments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
