Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Process reservations, payments, and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local attractions
- Maintain accurate shift reports and financial documentation
- Execute emergency protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Texas Food Handler Certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
