Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process cash/credit transactions and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain lobby area cleanliness and professional appearance
- Collaborate with security team during emergency protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS software
- Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
