Responsibilities
- Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring adherence to our strict quality standards.
- Linens & Amenities: Change bed linens, towels, and restock bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Deep Cleaning: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Inventory: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure efficiency and preparedness.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and building regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment for guests and staff.
- Communication: Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team promptly to facilitate quick resolutions.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants and provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
