Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes with warm professionalism
- Handle reservation inquiries, room assignments, and payment processing
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate front desk records and daily audit reports
- Provide local recommendations and assistance to enhance guest experiences
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and maintain data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in luxury/hotel setting
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Basic knowledge of Raleigh attractions and transportation options
